洪水形成的原因是多方面的。主要是地球植被的破壞，導(dǎo)致自然環(huán)境惡化而發(fā)生洪水，例如：我們陜西的渭南地區(qū)，因?yàn)槲己印⒙搴印ⅫS河的水，在潼關(guān)交匯，三河的水遇在一起，不能及時(shí)流往下游，整個(gè)聚集在渭南的華陰、潼關(guān)等地。使渭河水開始倒流，形成洪水。而其主要的原因是由于人們隨意濫墾濫伐，造成坡地土表面失去保護(hù)物，土質(zhì)變疏松，使大量水土流失，許多淤泥沉積在河床，使河床升高，造成洪水泛濫，這實(shí)際上也是大自然對肆意破壞環(huán)境的懲罰。
